Just look at the online list on the forum index.

Actually, it also kicks in when you click add reply or new thread - in other words, before you start typing. Sometimes I come by here with the intention of posting a new thread but I'll first reply to an existing thread, then I get the flood message when I'm done and go to make the thread.

After that, as was the case last time, I came here to say something about it, and then I stupidly went "okay NOW I'll post that thread" and got hit with the flood thing again. :(
